I admit I was a little skeptical about using a local account to file my taxes, as I've only used the big name cooperations or online software in the past.
Ryan and Heather at The Doyle Group are simply the greatest. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and get right down to business. They ask smart, to the point questions, and then point out tax strategies even I wasn't aware of.

But the best part, I think, would have to be how EASY working with Ryan and Heather really is. After taking down my information, Ryan scheduled a personal visit. We sat down and discussed every detail of my tax return until Ryan was certain that we'd covered everything. I was blown away by this: has anyone ever HEARD of an accountant that comes to you? It was something I'd never seen before, and made this year's tax process so much easier. I asked Ryan about it, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said something like "Anyone can just DO your tax return. But it doesn't have to be the annual headache it so often is. My coming to you is part of the service."
But after working directly with the owner, all my skepticism was gone. I had all my questions answered promptly and efficiently without any errors. It was nice to be able to talk to someone who doesn't try to nickel and dime you, but instead tries to find you the maximum amount of return possible.
