My son and I had a great experience picking out a BMX bike. The staff took the time to go over the specs for each price break and didn't try to rush a sale. My son was able to test drive the bike as well, he enjoyed spending time with the staff as they showed him some new tricks. We drove 45 minutes to come check this place out and it was so worth it.
The staff are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about bicycles and accessories-especially Caroline and the general manager, whose name escapes me at the moment. They went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with our bikes. We were very impressed with their service and attentiveness to our needs! Their mechanics are also accommodating and fast. We were proud to support this business and will continue to frequent their store in the future!
Outstanding shop for novice to experienced bicycle enthusiasts. Incredible service and personal attention for riders of all ages. Clearly one of the few great shops left in the Midwest... Highly recommended!!!
