Over all good with a few caveats: Great price on good quality organic coffee but is it "Fair Trade" coffee?
Some of their inhouse bakery items are just bad, like blueberry muffins that seem to be missing blueberries and chocolate chip cookies with palm oil instead of butter. They're ok but should at least say whether the palm oil is sustainable and if not, I will no longer shop their until the situation is corrected.
Excellent customer service. Was in the store for about 10 minutes and had 3 employees check on me!
The prices are a bit higher for common items found in other stores. That being said, I enjoy this market for having many items that I can't find in big stores. Example I need lactose-free options and this market is one of the only places I can find a specialty item like pumpkin spice-flavored almond coffee creamer. Basically if you have food allergies or are on a specialized diet this place is wonderful to explore.
I gave it another shot last week when I purchased some grapes. Once again, moldy the next day. I'm done shopping at Fresh Thyme now. I refuse to continue paying more and going out of my way for subpar produce. I will purchase my organic produce elsewhere.
I'll be honest...I shopped here for a few months before giving up. I was satisfied until a couple weeks ago. We bought bananas and blackberries on a Friday and the following morning discovered the bananas had the dreaded spiders. The blackberries were also moldy. We bought 9 packages of blackberries since they were on sale and they were almost all moldy.
Wonderful place, great staff...at the time my daughter their organic lactose free formula and one night I went there to get a can and they were sold out of them. The staff apologized and told me that I can call in and let them know about a week before I need it and they would order the amount I need and set it aside.
