I do appreciate the employees who take the time to provide service even if it will take them working past their closing time and I do consider such a thing when deciding on a tip (especially since I had a coupon that day and I make a point to make sure the stylist gets a part of the money I saved).

Told them it’s ok I don’t want to talk anymore I wanted to pay and leave immediately.. she told me we won’t charge you.. But I wanted to pay and go whatever it is.. I paid them the whole Amount..

If you are still reading the real point of my above comment is it terrible customer service to make a statement that gives the impression that you just did not care to do something.

I am very pleased with my service tonight. Rhonda did a great wash & cut. I appreciate her taking the time to do my thick long hair. I am really bad at scheduling services for myself. I am so thankful that she was patient with me & never made me feel rushed. I know she probably could've done 4 or 5 quick haircuts in the time she gave me. I tried to over tip according to her extra time & talent. Please make sure she knows how thankful I am!

I had very bad experience today will never ever go back to this place again!!!!!! People working their are very very rude.. when the lady didn’t cut my son’s hair the way I was asking her to do she started talking rude and called another girl saying do you want to talk to her in your language? I was like what??? What do you mean I have been communicating with you in English since I came here.. it’s not about English where as I had also shown her the picture of my son’s hair cut.. another lady stepped into the conversation and was telling me this hair cut in the picture is wrong I told her this was done in same Great clips by one of you.. she was talking very rude and loud I felt so insulted and couldn’t control my emotions I told her to lower down her volume. And

This may be a pet peeve of mine, but if you are a store and you are open for business I should be able to get your minimum service, whether that service is selling me a pack of gum or giving a haircut. If this is not acceptable a sign that all customers need to be checked in x minutes before close avoids this sort of thing (or at least attempt to do so). Although I did not have the time to check for such a sign since I was asked to leave before the door could close.

People should know about Great Clips App policy versus In-person chevy-in. It doesn’t matter ‘when’ you checkin in person. Like me, I checked-in in-person and waited for 45 minutes for the stylist I wanted @ 11:00am. But a guy that checks in online @ 9am decides to show up right after I wait my 45 minutes in person, steps right up to the stylist?! There’s a problem with that system. I haven’t been back. There’s just too many other good places out there that won’t do this to their customers.

When I walked in I was immediately told they were closed "That it is 5 PM. We are closed.". When I inquired that their open sign was on I was harshly told "we have not turned it off yet". I glanced at my phone and it was 4:59 PM. I decided not to argue the issue and left.

Had a coupon for a haircut for $6.99 and it was the freshest cut I've ever gotten!

Also, that a lit up open sign means you are ready to provide some sort of service.

A quick explanation that they forgot or were busy is a little better then a statement that suggests they just don't care. An admission they should have turned the sign off or locked the door would and I would have understood.

So they are familiar with communicating important business practices with signage, like being closed on a weekday they would otherwise be open. I suggest that they use that space for such a sign in the future if it is not acceptable to arrive during certain time periods.
