Great service!! I'm very picky lol add this subtract that and they never complain unlike other JJs. I take the extra 5 minutes it takes to get there and always worth it. Never messed up an order and always in great spirits

I tried Jimmy John's while in Youngstown on Tues for lunch and it was amazing. So I decided to give it a shot here. Sadly it wasn't even close to what I had in Youngstown and very much a disappointment. There was very little meat and the lettuce cup was wilt! They had a new young man on the register whp was very nice and the service was fine. I will not go there again.
It's better than some other places, but I normally just get an Italian no onions. Sometimes they make it right, other times they don't. What pisses me off is I live less than 2 miles from 2 stores, but I'm somehow magically out of the delivery area.
