Betsy Neidenthal is the best Relocation Specialist Real Estate Agent ever! We absolutely loved working with her during our house selling experience. She was reasonable and thorough and easy to work with and quick with a smile. She really took care of us through this entire grueling process, especially when unpleasant abnormalities surfaced. We found her knowledge and experience in the market to be vital tools. And she always made herself available to us.
We had 2 people calling and emailing to contact Donna regarding a new listing the day it went active to put in an offer site unseen. Finally, our offer was submitted via email at 7pm the first day without any response from the Listing Agent. To our surprise, the house was off market on Zillow the following day. We never received any communication from this agent on the house until an email stating "I received 7 offers on the house and it is now in contract". This is terrible customer service, especially not returning phone calls and messages. I have worked in the mortgage industry and know NUMEROUS Real Estate Agents and never heard of them not returning phone calls or emails. Yes, this was a beautiful home and I am sure that the offers was received, but when someone is trying to contact you stating I would like to put in an offer, I have a pre-approval and I am ready to go, you respond to that person with a return phone call.
And yes, we would recommend her to a friend or acquaintance and to perfect strangers!
