I love this pet store! Every time I go in, the staff is wonderful. This last time, I had my toddler with me. One of the employees helped me get my two giant bags of pet food off the shelves. While she checked me out and fielded the frequent buyer punch cards and receipts I practically threw at her as I tried to keep my kid from grabbing fist fulls of dog treats, another employee came over. She distracted my daughter with stickers and played with her on the floor until I was done checking out. The first employee then helped me load everything into my car. I feel like they both went completely out of their way to help me out and I am so grateful!
They always have my dogs food on stock. They are a bubbly crew, alway smiling. (Creepy) but I guess they like their jobs.
They came highly recommended to us as an all natural pet store in the local area as we have just moved here recently. Our newly adopted dog has 4 heart conditions and is allergic countless foods that we have tried and requires special diet and supplementation as well as controlled ingredient treats-- and you get the idea. Our dog trainer recommended zignature dog brand food and this store was the only one we found. The people here are highly knowledgeable in dog nutrition and even dog conditions including allergies on occasion he has an outbreak and I am worried they know exactly what's going on. I don't feel They Are high-pressure whatsoever and even though their prices are a little steep= it's worth it for the highly trained and knowledgeable sales team which are very much like going to your own personal pet Med Center for small problems if needed. Of course I recommend them in my honest opinion I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets well-being and all natural needs. A plus plus.

Stopped in for some treats for my puppy and was greeted at the door by an associate, Jesse. He went out of his way to make sure that I found what i was looking for and even made some suggestions based on some questions I had. The girl who assisted with checkout was also very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely the single best and most friendly and helpful experience I’ve had at a pet shop.
