Terrible, Rude, Useless, No Customer Service, Guarantee is a lie, and they blamed their destruction of my coat on my girlfriend and I. I have seen street merchants selling clothes out of shopping carts who stand behind their product more than this business, offer a better refund policy too. I dropped off my nice winter coat to get dry cleaned after it got some mud on it while changing a tire. We were not told that all work on the coat would be "at our own risk" because it had some mud on it. Had we been told that we would have taken the coat to a more knowledgable cleaners. Not only did they destroy the coat (shrunk it more than two sizes), the manager also said that they performed multiple services and "only" charged us for one of them. As if I should feel LUCKY that they only charged me once to destroy my coat. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their clothes back in wearable condition.

I recently took several party dresses, a vintage suit jacket and linen curtains in to be cleaned and am very pleased with the results! As party dresses go they each had some sort of stain and all were cleaned beautifully, my curtains pratically look brand new and the jacket is pristine. I will be happy to bring more of my things :)
